From Arial's post I take it as Locking Powerclip Contents is being discussed and not Locking Powerclip. If so, I think it should be a single instance function. Say I lock the PWC contents and make necessary changes. The moment I click out of PWC (or say deselect PWC), the contents should be unlocked.
