Like Suku, today my Help suddenly stopped working, maybe as a result of the last Windows 10 update. A repair, and rebooting of the machine didn't help. I did notice that the internet Explorer Icon had disappeared from the Windows 10 Task Bar, and Microsoft Edge seemed to have taken it's place. Knowing that the Help uses a browser, and using System/Default apps, I reassigned Internet Explorer as the default. I don't know why, but this action restored Help to the Corel programmes. It now works through Edge, Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer, whichever I assign as default. Worth a try?
