My first doubt: Is my CDR file correct for prepress ?
Unfortunately, the asnwer is Negative. Your file is not good. You're using a rich black background and the text use 100% of CMY+40% of black over a 90%black background (+30% of CMYK added). The result will be...black. There's not enough difference. The right way to have this effect (I mean the effect en el dorso) is to use an UV varnish over the text. You can simulate this effect you need more difference (ie 80% black text, 100% black background). Currently, the card is only red and black, then you can use two colors (such as Pantone 485 + Black). The advantadge of the use of Pantone is because Pantone Black is opaque, while CMYK Black is transparent If it's for digital, there's no difference then you can use 4 inks for the same price.
