Or should it become a spot color called, "Spot color 1", etc? There are a lot of questions that would have to be answered so how could it be a 1 key command function. The current best way in CorelDraw is to use the color styles docker. Drag and drop the art in there, select all the swatches then choose convert to spot. They all become generic spots with generic names. It's not pretty nor bug free, but it kind of works.
