This maddens me because it's something I've done once before, but have since forgotten, and cannot find an answer via Google. In PhotoPAINT, to apply the Dust and Scratch effect, I want to quickly hit ALT-I, O, and S. But I can't, because O is also used for Combine Channels. I would have to type ALT-I, O, O, and then S. Unless I was dreaming, I remember having the problem before and changing which key selects a given menu item. I could change the O for Combine Channels to B, which nothing else on that menu is using. Can't I do that somehow? I need to do this because the ALT sequence is faster than moving the mouse over the menu repeatedly. And, before you suggest it, CTRL-F does not cause the effect to repeat properly the way using the menu does. Not sure if making a new "shortcut combo" would work (as in CTRL-V for Paste), but I don't want to, anyway, as there are already so many of those.
