As far as I've been able to figure out, Corel Draw takes it's 'look' from Windows. The only way to change it is to change your settings in - Control Panel/ All Control Panel Items/ Personalization/Window Color and Appearance Even if you edit your settings there, the only thing it really does is change the top and bottom bars, and that's in your entire computer environment, not just Corel Draw.
