Hello bsheen; Corel X6 and X7 run Very well here. Clean out the computer of programs you Don't want, clean out your temp files and let Windows check your ram at startup. You have a nice setup, but if you are using Corel to make a living with you'll Love the way it GOes with 16 gig of ram. I started out with this computer with 2 gig and a 32 bit system, I went to the 64 bit and it was faster, played with 4 gig and then went to 8 gig and stopped with 16 gig and it was a BIG difference between 8 and 16 gig. I started out with the first ver. of Corel on a 8066 I built in 1990, ( Times have changed. For Sure.) I have had to wait for over 30 min. for a refresh of course it only had 16 mh. ram then at 4 mh. CPU. There have been some real DOGS that came out in the past years BUT X7 is not a bad ver. George
