I have an old Nikon D50 EXIF data transmits, as do color profiles. In only shoot RAW and use Aftershot Pro, I embed prophoto RGB, I also use an unusual work flow with missing and mismatched profiles activated. EVERY file In open or import gives me a warning. I batch process both my prophoto RGB images and the same images as low resolution sRGB JPG files for my wife to email, Aftershot Pro allows the EXIF data to be embedded if I choose. You're then only person I know having this issue. I am willing to post an FTP link for you to use, no email required. I can test on a dozen systems with Photoshop and Photo-PAINT in a day.
