32 GB of RAM in a Windows PC results in 16 Gig never being used. In fact anything over 12 GB is overkill. Go ask the question on Google if you want proof. A 1 TB Samsung Evo SSD costs about as much as an entire PC does ( $850) but I guess if you can afford a swimming pool to work beside, the cost isn't going to bother you, eh? Poor me has to put up with bland old harbor-side views from a rented office (no swimming allowed). All my PCs set up as 'size really does matter' when it comes to hard drives. The smallest one in any of them is 2 TB. They all have 16 GB of RAM too. Oh yes, they all have SSD's but little $80 ones that are only used for virtual memory that Windows continually swaps out its RAM to. That results in no delays in using Premium Pro when editing TV commercials and having Photoshop running at the same time to edit small errors in the video files. I guess what rocks your boat is barely a ripple past our. LOL watching to swimming!
