Ok I'm not sure what else you need. I'm running windows 10 upgrade, Corel Draw 18. PC. I'm printing a custom sized paper. 9.5 inches by 5.83 inches. On a xerox color 560 copier, auxiliary tray heavy weight 1. Once I hit print and the file rips the copier asks me to insert 9.4 inch by 5.83 inch paper instead of the 9.5. If I try 9.51, 9.52.9.53.9.54 inch sizes, the copier still asks me in insert 9.4 inch paper. At 9.55 it will ask me for 9.5 inch but won't accept it even though I have the proper size. I've tried various sizes to fool the machine, without any luck. So far this is the only paper sizing issue I've had since I updated to Corel X8. My Corel X4 can print the same size paper on this same machine and settings without issue. So I don't know if it's a Corel problem, or a Xerox problem with windows 10.....I'm at a loss right now. Another unrelated issue: If I use the "fit to page option" under the layout tab, on a multi page file, some pages vanish from the print file and the print preview. They get replaced with blank pages. It seems to be random. It's easily fixable by changing to "as in document" but obviously it's still a glitch of some sort. When I use the" zoom in tool", the zoom always increases off center from the area I've selected. The scroll bars also increase to a point where they are no longer useful instead of resizing. Not a huge issue but slightly annoying. I know I'm a pain in the *** but i may as well mention it lol.
