Windows 10 DOES support TWAIN. However, TWAIN is a 32-bit technology, so if you install CDGSX8-64 it won't work. There are two options - install the 32-bit version of PP, which can co-exist with the 64-bit version, or scan using a 64-bit program. I like Silverfast, which is a 64-bit program which offers much more functionality than the Epson scanning software.
