Hello I’ve been using CorelDraw since version 7 and am currently using 12. I just built a new PC that uses Windows 10 (64-bit) and, after installing 12, none of my Type 1 fonts show. They are selectable, but when I type, the text is blank. After trying a few things, I think I’m out of luck. I’m thinking of upgrading, but: First and foremost, does X8 handle Type 1 fonts? I might be looking in all the wrong places, but I can’t seem to find a solid answer. I believe Microsoft has been moving away from supporting them (which I think is the root of my problem) and I want to be sure I can still use them. Almost all of my work relies on specific Type 1 fonts for new projects and access to everything we’ve done in the past. Second, I am not crazy, right? I own a full copy of CorelDraw Graphic Suite 12. I can now just purchase the Upgrade to X8? And does the box come with the clipart and other things it used to? As a minor query, one thing that always bugged my about Draw is the inability to stroke a line on the inside (or outside) of a shape; line weights are centered on the line. I don’t suppose they’ve changed this? Thanks, -w
