Òk, there're two basic ways to add cropmarks on CorelDRAW: 1 - Automatically - Set the page size at the real size (ie A4, A5, etc), then go to File/Print preview and choose the Imposition you need and add crop marks. The marks will be added according with the real page size. (that's similar to any Impsoition software, such as Kodak preps or Heidelberg prinect) and also it's the same concept if you send a PDF made with Adobe software to any printing company) 2 - Manual, using Macro. There're several macros, but basically you will find two kind of macros for cropmarks: individual cropmarks (such as Dizzy crop marker suggested by Jeff or he similar macro from Oberon http://oberonplace.com/vba/drawmacros/cropmarksh.htm) and the multple cropmarks such as Tiler macro (http://oberonplace.com/vba/drawmacros/tiler.htm) as Mek suggested. That create several copies of the object, set distance between each and add cropmarks. I use both often. Cropmarkls are set on "registration" color and it will be stored on the document, allowing to place several jobs with different size if you need.
