If you print to PDF, and it shows fine, it would seem to indicated there is no problem with Corel, but there is a problem with the printer or print driver. I'd go over all the print drivers settings to see if anything odd is enabled, trying to get as close to default settings as possible. Can you print from other programs? You said, Print to PDF works fine. Can you print that PDF from a PDF viewer and not Draw as a test?
