You have an interesting question for Tony. Looking at the list you would think it must be non scaling or scaling but take a look at this document and you will see it is a lot more complex than just a name.
The profiles used in CorelDraw are listed as they appear in the header of the profile, the standard IEC sRGB 61966-21 is the 1998 HP version. I like the ninedegrees below site the attitude toward Adobe is correct, I think I may want to pull an old system and try Gimp now. The information is in many cases fairly old and is either written by someone who really believes profiles are as important as posted or hasn't written a significant amount of them for a living. Specifically camera and scanner profiles. I'll give this example a client of mine wanted to discuss a custom profile for his Phase camera. I said I would do one for him but he should consider this, his camera was $50,000, was produced by the leading manufacturer in the world. Did he believe that I with $10,0000 worth of top of the line color management software and equipment was going to be able to produce a better profile then a multi-million dollar camera manufacturer. If he did believe that I thought he should stop reading all the crap on the internet. http://www.cnet.com/news/phase-one-all-the-camera-55k- Here's a review of the Phase camera. I'm also posting a ZIP file of the three sRGB profiles used by CorelDRW in TXT format. Open them and read the headers, if you can read all your sRGB profile questions are answered.
