I've used the perspective tool a fair bit over the years, the one in "Bitmaps > 3D Effects > Perspective" and using it to correct horizontal perspective has always been fine (Though the finicky little rectangle tool that you grab the corners of to change perspective is WAY too small and hard to position accurately, giving you very limited control) However, today I came across the first bitmap that I needed to do a quick perspective correction in the vetical plane, E.g. the picture has been taken on an angle and even though you know it is perfectly rectangular it appears wider at the top than the bottom. After using the perspective tool to correct either the bottom or the top, it simply does perspective to one of the sides depending on which way you slide it and seems to add a bit of skew aswell, but completely misses the intended action. I also can't find anything else online about it being broken so is this a bug or is my installation playing up?
