Stuart, We would like to have a look at some files on your system before you install CorelDRAW again, could you do the following? #1 - From Windows search bar at the bottom of your screen, type in, "%temp%"(no quotes) and hit enter #2 - Sort by file Type #3 - Select all files that have the Type called, "Text Document" #4 - Right click on the selected files, click on Send to, and select, "Compressed" #5 - Can you send an e-mail to our specialist, so he can review your files, his e-mail address is : Brian.Fraser@corel.com Also, I would need and answer for the following: I just want to be sure I understand, you get Error #1 on launch of CorelDraw X7? Does Corel PHOTO-PAINT launch? Also does Corel Connect launch? Do you have other applications on your system that no longer launches too? Also when you performed your uninstall, did you uninstall Corel Graphics - Windows Shell Extension too? Do you have other Corel products on your system other than the CorelDraw Graphics Suite?
