Jason, we handle this differently with CFM vs. Bitstream Font Navigator. If you are monitoring a folder in CFM that includes fonts that are not installed and use those fonts in a document in DRAW, as long as that folder is being monitored by CFM, you do not need to install the font. No activation is necessary because DRAW now recognizes uninstalled fonts that are monitored by CFM. This was not the case before, DRAW only worked with installed fonts. That is why you needed to install fonts through this "auto-activation" method. The team here felt it was important to be able to work with fonts in DRAW that are not installed. It is different than it was in Bitstream Font Navigator, that much is true, but we feel the change was an important one to make.
