No to prety much all of that. PP will do gif animation though I guess. Draw is a drawing application which can use pixels as the unit of measurement. But you will not get html or CSS out of Draw, you need to code that yourself. Do yourself a favour and head over to Project Seven and buy one of their page pack templates. By all means make the images in Draw and PP, but dont expect it to do any of the hard work for you.
