Hi ENDev15 Here is a way to correct your situation by going to the Corel website, providing some information about your purchase and then requesting some help. I've already passed along the problem to Technical Support which indicate you can follow this path. 1. Go to Corel.com 2. Click Support 3. Select your product, such as CorelDRAW 4. Click Submit Question under Free Online Technical Support 5. The Sign in page will popup and if you have an account with us, then you need to enter your email address 6. The next page will be the actual data to enter to submit the question 7. Click Submit 8. You will receive an email confirmation with the Technical Support Ticket # for his reference.
