Hi Ariel, That still leaves us with the fact that all that the present management scheme can change is the document color space. Yes. I know full well that's all that Photoshop does. So what? Now, you have to dig into the operating system's color management scheme to set things up. You can't even set the monitor profile from DRAW. -- much less the feedback from the printer or monitor through the Profile Connection Space and back to DRAW. The only thing that you can now set is the document color space. That's a small fraction of the total color management system that is required to get a decent print. Did you ever try to find the profile for the scanner ? Good luck. Yes. the old color management system was difficult to understand. However, the present system is impossible to understand. It's hidden in the operating system. I never ran into any bugs with the old color management system. That's just more of Milisock's bull. Phil
