There is no way to make a single object have more than one outline color. Personally I'd create these shapes in a different way. One object that surrounds "the inner lines" and another (or two or three) object inside with a different color. The way it is now, all three inner lines are double, since the objects meet edge to edge. This may also cause some problems. Don't know about laser cutting but when cutting vinyl, these lines would be cut twice. (Please visit the site to view this file)
