If you place a 100% black rectangle on top of a 100% cyan rectangle and convert it to CMYK bitmap with the 'Always overprint black' option checked, you'll get C100 M0 Y0 K100 when picking a color. However, if you don't check that option, you get C0 M0 Y0 K100 . You can easily verify that, if you have CorelDRAW X6 or earlier. It should also work in X7, but for some reason it doesn't work in my case.
