Ok my suggestions from these captures and the quick look at the file. Convert the transparent bitmap and the stuff behind it into a CMYK image. BTW the cleaver image is now RGB and the next set of instructions will help with the conversions. In the default and document color management dialogs set color engine to WCS and the rendering intents to perceptual.
