Today, file storage is very affordable, you can buy a big hard disk for low price, But the missing fonts it's a very common problem for most people, then it's more important to have the right fonts included on the document than having a bigger file. And, for upload to your website, you should use a JPG for each image, then there's no difference if the original file is bigger or smaller
