Corel Connect, while showing thumbnails, is a pita to use even on a decent computer and not looking at the online content. With the online content, it's far worse as regards speed. The thumbnail issue some users face really ought to be fixed. Even if that means rewriting the preview handler. Or turn the specs over to another company. It's not like someone is going to rob Corel of any income from doing so. If Corel did that, for people without the issue (the vast majority), then no further action is required. But for those without the ability to see the thumbnails, they can then download a third-party application. Mike
