The best way would to be to use Effects>Distort>Shear in Photo-Paint. Not as easy as CD's Envelope, but it will give you a little more precision on the curve. What I do is create a shape in CD and paste it on a layer above the image and reduce its transparency so I can use it as my guide. Select the image layer (make sure its an object layer, not the background) and the use Shear, pulling down in the center of curve and moving the side nodes up/down as needed. Watch the numbers to keep things symmetrical. Don't worry if the image curves outside the background, you can move it back into place later. If you need exact sizes, create a new image in PP larger than your photo. Import image and then the shape as new object layers. When you've shaped the photo, mask the shape layer and crop to mask, delete the shape layer and background layer, leaving only your curved image, Save as a PNG so you have a transparent background.
