When the electronic type setters first came on line at $10,000 a piece everything worked and you had very few people buying the software because it was expensive. Now mostly the untrained buy inexpensive software, the software is buggy and because of the low level of training the situation is made even worse. So I guess it's a trade off, but keep squeaking I did and they got several of the things I mentioned in over the years.
