I need to enlarge this outline about an 1/8" all the way around but need to maintain the proportion. I would be happy to send the file for someone to look at. Just let me know. I don't know how to get it to be "equal" all the way around. I need the same shape but just a little larger. It's going to be attached (it's going to be an award) to the back of it to give it a border/shadow effect. Please let me know if this makes sense. I'm not quite sure how to explain it.
